To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastOrbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

FastOrbit may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
